Your basic options for deck replacement are Marine grade plywood currently around $150 per sheet or Home Depot Treated 23/32" at $55 per sheet. We don't have a preference as they both have merit. The preferred Adhesive is the Roberts below at around $50/gallon but we will use whatever you prefer.

The labor to replace the Deck is $50.00 per foot..
Options
We will replace the flooring with either Vinyl or Carpet. We don't offer any type of wood replacements. We remove everything from the aluminum stringers up including Furniture, Railing, edges. We replace the deck and flooring and replace anything we removed to restore the deck.
Guesstimates
You can calc the plywood cost easy enuf. Typically it takes about 6 gallons of adhesive, we do not supply either as again, the numbers here are Labor Only. Typically requires $100 worth of 1/4" SS Screws, washers and bolts as we normally end up cutting the old ones. Takes about 6 gallons of adhesive. Before laying the flooring we epoxy any seams and screw divots with no additional charge.
Furniture
If we replace the deck we put your furniture back. If you want new furniture (Not including the Console) we charge an additional $500 for any length boat. If you want to replace the Console we chanrge an additional $300 due to the complexity. One thing to note on the Console is the gauges and switch panels can easily set you back another $1,000.
